Patrick Behan is the founder and president of BCI and has over 30 years’ consulting experience. Mr. Behan earned an MBA, a Bachelors of Science in Marketing, and is a Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) with the Strategic and Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP). His other certifications include Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v.3 Foundation, Six Sigma Green Belt – Information Technology, Business Analysis Master, and Project Management Professional (PMP). We follow the Insights Association’s code of standards and ethics for marketing research and data analytics professionals. The Code is based on the following principles:

Be transparent about the collection of Personally identifiable information (PII) and only collect PII with consent and ensure the confidentiality and security of PII.
