Patrick Behan, President
Patrick Behan, MBA, PMP, ITIL, is the founder and President of BCI. Mr. Behan has over 30 years’ experience providing market research and performance improvement services at a variety of organizations. He has managed reseracg programs and projects that have provided business analytical solutions, streamlined processes, reduced expenses, improved operations and enhanced customer and employee satisfaction at many organizations.
Mr. Behan served in senior management positions at several well respected management consulting and information technology firms, implementing enterprise-wide organizational change solutions. In addition, Mr. Behan earned an MBA and a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
He is a Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) with the Strategic and Competitive Intelligence Professionals, and has certifications in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v.3 Foundation, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt – Information Technology, and Master of Business Analysis from Villanova University, and is a Project Management Professional (PMP).
